Top Chef’s next season will be set in Colorado

After 15 seasons, finally the United States’ favorite cook show ‘Top Chef’ is ready to make its way in Colorado.

Bravo Media in a statement said that the production of the show will being in this spring on a new season with a new class of cheftestants fighting for the big prize and the title of Top Chef. The show will be shot in Denver, Boulder and Telluride.

The actual show will not be aired until later this year. The show will feature host Padma Laksmi, the head judge Tom Colicchio, along with Gail Simmons and Graham Elliot at the judges table.

Executive vice preside of Bravo Media, Shari Levine said that “We are always on the hunt for the next great culinary destination and Colorado is fast becoming a hot spot for young chefs and foodies, making it an ideal backdrop for our upcoming season."

"Our new cheftestants will have an abundance of inspiration to pull from as they cook amid the awe-inspiring scenery and explore the burgeoning culinary scenes from cities to mountain resorts," he added.

The cast of chefs are yet to be announced. Previous chefs, who have participated in the show from Colorado, include season 5 winner Hosea Rosenberg, Kelly Liken of now-closed Kelly Liken Restaurant was among the final four in Season 7, and Jennifer Jasinski was among the final three of the 2013 season.
